In the fourth and final installment in the Eurohorror series of "Blind Dead" movies, a young couple who have moved to a small fishing village find that the locals have been making do by making regular sacrifices to the unseeing undead Templars, who in turn have been offering up the leftover hearts to their hideous monster idol. With a scarcity of virgins, I suppose it pays not to waste ones' resources--but surely this cannot end well...
